As the manager of Strategic Privacy Operations for the Chase card portfolio of more then 90 million cardmembers, I was able to reduce the annual privacy mailing budget from in excess of $25 million dollars to less than $6 million dollars and increase marketable universe. Most recently as a Vice President of Marketing in the Revenue and Fee Services department, I served as both a Product Manager and Channel Manager. As a Product Manager I more then doubled sales of a proprietary product in less then two years and grew revenue by 35%. As the Statement and Direct Mail Channel Manager, I delivered more then $12 million dollars of revenue to the bank while also saving more then $9 million dollars of expense annually. |
